  • We’ll set a listing appointment to go over the contract details and answer any remaining questions you have. At this time, we’ll also ask you to take us on a tour of your home and show off your properties best features!

  • Based on the upgrades in your home, we’ll work with you to create a pricing strategy that fits your needs, based on market research and comparables, in order to quickly sell your home.

  • We’ll work with you to create a feature list for your home, in order to highlight all upgrades and unique items within your property. We’ll utilize this information in all of our marketing materials, specially created for your home!

  • We’ll get creating – an MLS listing, flyers, online postings, and all of the great marketing items that our team succeeds at (some are listed above). Ask us today about our advanced techniques used in marketing your home.
